Our approach

merrell people will be honest with you about what we think can be achieved.  Much of the good work is done up front when we scope out, contract and research what the current and future states are and what our role is.  Your evaluation criteria and methodology are defined at this point too.

Evaluation is owned by you.  It is the story of success you will tell.  merrell people can work with you to support the evaluation process, after all we have a vested interest in being able to tell good stories too!

We will use pragmatic design and delivery principles.  Learning is a combination of doing, reflecting, preparing and discussing.  It can be uncomfortable.  Our intent is always to help you succeed so that you are smiling at the end.
